Welcome to Luxury Casino. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our games and all services we provide at Luxury Casino.com. By creating an account, completing luxury register, or using our luxury login credentials, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this document, we ask that you refrain from using our services.

Who We Are

Luxury Casino is owned and operated by Apollo Entertainment Limited (C45483), registered at 8 Villa Seminia, Suite 2, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Ta' Xbiex XBX 1011, Malta, and is part of the Casino Rewards network. We hold an Internet Gaming Operator licence issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), and we operate pursuant to an agreement with iGaming Ontario. Any unresolved disputes between us and our players are directed to iGaming Ontario. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, and the courts of Ontario hold exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters arising from your use of our services.

Eligibility and Access

We restrict play to players who are physically located within the province of Ontario at the time of wagering. If we detect that you are wagering from outside Ontario, we reserve the right to void your winnings and suspend your account immediately. We strictly prohibit the use of VPNs or any IP-augmenting software intended to disguise your location, and any gains obtained through such methods will be confiscated. You must be at least 19 years of age to register with Luxury Casino, to use our luxury casino app, or to access luxury casino mobile login services. We reserve the right to request identity verification at any stage to confirm your age and location.

Registering Your Account

To play at Luxury Casino, you must complete our luxury register process by providing accurate personal information. You are responsible for keeping your luxury login and password confidential, and we are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. We support English and French localisations, and our customer support teams operate in both languages. Once registered, your account becomes part of our Casino Rewards VIP loyalty programme automatically after your first real-money wager, and a single Global Account links every sub-account you hold across Apollo-managed brands operating in Ontario, sharing your responsible-gaming settings, deposit limits and loss limits.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits in CAD only, with a minimum deposit of $10 through credit and debit cards, bank transfer services, prepaid vouchers, e-wallets and Interac. Our minimum luxury withdrawal amount is $50, rising to $300 for Direct Bank Transfer or wire transfers. We process withdrawals through Visa, Mastercard, OCT to Visa, e-wallets, Direct Bank Transfer and CAD EFT / eCheck.

We cap withdrawals at $4,000 per week where a win is substantially greater than total purchases made across Casino Rewards partner casinos, and we may adjust this limit at our discretion. Card-scheme limits also apply: Mastercard Payment Transactions are capped at approximately $58,000 CAD per day; Visa OCT payouts are limited to 30 transactions or roughly $68,000 CAD daily, $116,000 CAD over seven days, and $231,000 CAD over thirty days. Where your balance exceeds these limits, we may pay it out in daily portions across successive weekdays.

Every withdrawal request enters a 48-hour pending period, during which you may reverse it in full or in part. Once this period ends, we process cashouts the following business day, Monday to Friday only - we do not process withdrawals on weekends or public holidays. Visa and Mastercard payouts typically take 3 working days, e-wallets 1-3 working days, Direct Bank Transfer 6-10 working days, and CAD EFT / eCheck 2-3 working days. If you use a withdrawal method for the first time, we may require a further 5-7 working days to complete processing.

Bonuses and Promotions

Our welcome package rewards your first five deposits: 100% up to $150 on your first deposit (between $10 and $150), 50% up to $200 on your second, 25% up to $300 on your third, 50% up to $200 on your fourth, and 100% up to $150 on your fifth. Any luxury bonus is credited automatically as bonus funds, and successive deposits cannot be combined - each deposit is treated individually. We do not currently offer a luxury no deposit bonus, so all promotional funds require a qualifying deposit.

Bonus funds carry a 30x wagering requirement before conversion to real cash. For example, a $100 bonus requires approximately $3,000 in wagering. Slots contribute 100% toward this requirement, while table games, parlour games, live casino titles and other game types contribute only 2%. All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard contribute 0% and earn no loyalty points. Double-up play does not count toward wagering. We always deduct wagers from your cash balance first; bonus funds are only used once your cash balance reaches zero.

We consider certain behaviours irregular play, which may result in voided winnings, including: placing single bets of 25% or more of your credited bonus, using autoplay to clear wagering requirements, making even-money bets on Sic Bo, Craps or Roulette, triggering a game feature after your bonus balance hits zero, withdrawing deposits before your bonus is redeemed, and hedge betting. Any unused promotional bonus expires 60 days after registration, and our promotions apply only to deposits and wagers made through our downloaded software.

Beyond the welcome offer, we run monthly point-boost promotions, status-level rewards including bigger bonuses and a personal VIP host, entries into our Time Of Your Life Sweepstakes, and entries into the VIP Lucky Jackpot. Every luxury promo code or luxury bonus code offer is limited to one per device, person, household, family, address, email address, financial account, IP address or shared network, and we do not permit combining two promotions simultaneously.
